DUBAI – The Dubai Safari Park has announced October 12 as the official reopening date for its eighth season, bringing new experiences and a renewed focus on wildlife conservation.

The park will also launch a new brand platform, ‘Live More Wild Life’, building on its conservation journey and the success of Season 7.

The announcements were made during Arabian Travel Market, the global travel and tourism event held at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Royal Safari Experience

Among the new offerings is the Royal Safari Experience, a private four-hour guided tour designed for groups of up to 10 people. The experience includes VIP treatment, reserved seating and private guided tours around the park, giving visitors a more exclusive way to explore its wildlife attractions.

Season 7 delivered strong commercial growth for Dubai Safari Park. According to a press release issued by the park, business-to-business revenue increased by 26 percent, while B2B ticket sales rose 16 percent year-on-year. B2B visitors represented 62 percent of total weekday footfall during the season.

Wildlife growth

The previous season also saw the arrival of new animals, including a Southern White Rhino classified as ‘Near Threatened’, alongside 143 other newborn animals. Dubai Safari Park also strengthened its position within the global zoo and conservation community by becoming an official member of the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) and the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA).

The park is further expanding its international reach through new representation in key source markets. Buzz Marketing has been appointed as its official sales and marketing representative in India, while Action Global will represent the park across Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets.
